Introducing the WP ComPEAR Product Comparison Plugin

Okay, we all know that when it comes to niche sites that promote products, you gotta have a comparison table, right? Ever since Spencer Haws made the popularity of TablePress skyrocket when unveiling in his Niche Site Project 1 Case Study it’s become standard in almost every niche site.

Why?

Because it works.

It increases conversions and improves CTR on the page.

The Best Product Comparison Tool – WP ComPEAR

I am not saying that this is the best product comparison plugin just because I developed it. I’m saying it because I developed the plugin to be exactly what I want in a product comparison tool, I use it on my own websites, and it’s the best one for me.

So rather than long boring descriptive blog post … or reviewing my own product … I’ll just leave you with a long list of benefits and features, some videos covering the setup and usage of WP ComPEAR, and some big ‘ole links to the demos and sales website.

Why is WP ComPEAR the Best Product Comparison Tool?

Goodbye 2014 … Hello Future!

internet-marketing-guide-2015 Well here we are on the brink of 2015. As for 2014 – what a year it’s been. There’s been good, there’s been bad, and there’s been more hard work throughout the year than any other year in my life … and it’s starting to pay off. As said by @derbengalo on Instagram.dave-nicosia-internet-marketing

2013 WAS PRACTICE
2014 WAS WARM THE UP
2015 IS GAME TIME

I really feel like everything up to now was my schooling –  my training. 2013 was the year I really started figuring the mechanics of how to make money online. I was practicing. 2014 was the year I took what I learned form my experiences and stripped out the wrong & outdated ideas, and really started to get focused on the right things. It was the year I started to make regular monthly income every month – it was my warm up. Now I’m ready for GAME TIME! I have big plans and even bigger dreams. I’m ready to take what I’ve already built and turn it into a real business. First let’s take a brief look at 2014 …

The Ultimate Azon WordPress Theme is Finally Here!

Well hello again! It’s been quite some time since my last post, but it’s only because I’ve been working non-stop on my first product launch! Sometimes it seemed like it would never be done, but after five long months of designing, developing, testing, and setting up the entire sales & support infrastructure …

The Ultimate Azon WordPress Theme is here!

All Around Update for DaveNicosia.com

Hello everybody. It’s been a little over a month since I’ve posted last and I apologize.

The reason isn’t due to slacking off, boredom, lack of interesting things to say, or anything like that … it’s because I’ve been so damn busy working on multiple projects that I haven’t had a minute to write about any of it!

I’ve had a lot of people start following me over the past month or so, and I decided I better get something posted! So here’s a quick update on what I have going on that’s taking up all of my spare time. (remember, I work full time at a regular job)

Once again, I apologize for not posting at all in June, but it’s because I have some big things in the works that will hopefully benefit us all in the near future.

The Challenge: From $50/Month to $600/Month in Five Months – May (the challenge is over!)

davenicosia-durkangroup-workspaceI’ve made myself a challenge. I will be attempting to take my online revenue from $50/month all the way up to $600/month within 5 months. I started this challenge on January 1, 2014 and it ended on May 31. 2014. You see in 2013 I started making about $50 a month in revenue rather consistently, and now I’m ready to take it to the next level. I need this to be my full time job and I need it to happen as fast as possible. I’m willing to put in the effort and hard work it will take, and this challenge will help me to jump start my progress.

This goal is Phase One: Seed Money in my overall long term plan to work for myself. After I reach it, I will use that money to fuel Phase Two of my plan, which we’ll get into when it’s time.

May Overall Results

So after a stellar April – May ended up not so good revenue-wise! I’m really glad that I reached my goal last month, because I sure didn’t this month! The month actually started out really good, looking to be my best month to date but then halfway through the month I lost some rankings on my main site. More about that below…

So even though my revenue for May was down, I’m still REALLY excited about everything as a whole. I still made some decent passive income, all my sites are doing okay, and I’ve been investing a lot more money into building out my sites. I’m outsourcing all of my niche site content now (never on this site!!) and I like where I’m positioned. It’s still a large step up from where I was 6 months ago and I’m extremely excited about the upcoming months!

May Revenue –  $321.32

Amazon Niche Website Case Study: Chapter 1

Man, I just love doing these niche site duels, mastermind groups, and case studies. Well it’s time for another one! I’ve decided to build a new Amazon Affiliate niche website and document the process. I’m building this site for a niche site challenge/mastermind formed by Servando So Yong Silva Sohn over at the Google+ Niche Site Community. The mastermind is being conducted in a private Facebook Group, and if you’re interested in joining head on over the the community, sign up, and get talking with people! While I’m not going to reveal my URL, I’ll document and describe everything in as much detail as I can throughout the process. This will help me when creating my training material for my VAs in the near future, and hopefully it will give you a step by step guide on building your own niche Amazon website.

My Monthly Business, Traffic & Income Report
April 2014

So here it is, my first ever monthly income report! I’ve always been a huge fan of keeping up with other people’s online income reports, I find it very inspiring. Up until now I have not published any income reports for two reasons, lack of time and the fact that I didn’t really have that much to report on until recently.

Since January 2014 I’ve been posting a monthly update for a challenge I set myself that ends on May 30, 2014. I’ve had a great response from those who are following along with my progress, and decided that just because my challenge is almost over doesn’t mean I have to stop with the monthly updates!

Hello, my name is Dave Nicosia and I work my ass off every day to achieve financial freedom and to become location independent. I’ve been struggling to make money online for the past few years but all my hard work is finally starting to pay off.  I post my monthly business, traffic, and income reports for the usual reasons – to help hold myself accountable, to build trust with you my reader, to be totally transparent with my online endeavors, and most of all to show others who want to make money online that it really is possible if you work hard, work smart, and never quit trying.

I used to think there was no way that I would be able to make money online – now there’s not a doubt in my mind that I will reach financial independence and become location independent within the next few years.

The Challenge: From $50/Month to $600/Month in Five Months – April

April Overall Results

Month 4 of my challenge is over already?! Where did the time go! It feels like I set this challenge just the other day yet four full months have passed. At least I’ve entered a stage where I can start reinvesting my revenue to speed things up drastically.

So overall I think I had pretty good results in April. Okay, pretty good is a bit of an understatement since I reached my goal a month early! I’ve had record traffic to all of my sites, I had my first $50+ day from Amazon Commissions, and my grand total for the month of April was $612.66.It’s safe to say I set a new all time record month on all levels. It really feels great seeing all of my hard work form the past two years finally starting to pay off. I believe that all of my progress is due to hard work (even when I don’t feel like it), knowing/understanding/believing on the process, good keyword research/selection, setting SMART goals, doing things my own way,and patience – patience – patience. It really boils down to that for me I think.

The best part of all of this is now that I’m finding some level of success, even the slightest doubt has been erased form my mind whether I can do this or not. I CAN without a shadow of a doubt and now it’s just a matter of hard work, patience, and reinvesting into my business. I’m sure it won’t all be easy, I’ll surely hit some setbacks but I’m ready for them. Bring it on!

My First $400+ Amazon Affiliates Payment!

At the end of April I received my first $400+ direct deposit from Amazon!!! My original plan was to immediately re-invest all of it in May on outsourced content creation, but I decided that want to accomplish a few different things with the money instead. I’ll still be ordering a lot of new content, paying all of my monthly web bills, but I also want to keep some of the money in my business account to pad it a little bit. I’d like to pad my account enough that when I find a great domain name to purchase for my PBN I can snap it right up, cover any other unexpected expenses that may arise, cover 3 months of monthly web bills in case my revenue streams dry up, and I needed to take $75 profit to help purchase a new guitar for a wedding I have to play during June. So overall I think that keeping some of the cash in my account to build up my balance is a great step for my business to take. It will allow me to jump on some future opportunities that may arise if I choose and give me added security in paying my monthly bills. All great benefits and part of building my business.

As for meeting my smaller monthly goals I set last month, for the first time in my challenge I actually met them all! The details are below.

Only one month to go to reach $600 … I’m sooo close ….

April Revenue –  $612.66
